Pictures, documents and videos are all recoverable. Even if you accidentally formatted the device all is not lost. The most important thing is to stop whatever you are doing, and call us before you try to recover the data. More damage is done by failed attempts to recover than anything else.
The important thing is that nothing is written to the disk or you may lose data. This is because the lost data is considered empty space by the computer and it is quite likely to write to that area thinking its empty. Once the deleted data is overwritten it makes recovery much more unlikely.
