Hardware Support
We can arrange to repair most computer systems on site that have a hardware failure. We carry a range of components and in most cases can have you up and running with the minimum delay.
All hardware covered by the Support Contract will be replaced like for like free of charge. The hardware support includes printers, monitors and main server units whatever configuration or Windows operating system version.
Free Loan Equipment
In the event of us being unable to complete a repair we can offer to loan you a printer, PC or monitor. We carry most equipment in stock and can usually find something to keep you going.
Response Times – Call Out
We offer a standard call out service to be with you on site normally by next working day. Call out times are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. We do not include weekends and bank holidays or out of our normal hours other than by special arrangement at a negotiated rate.
Important
The only costs you the client will be required to pay,
are for non-
- Installation of new hardware.
- Upgrades to existing hardware.
- Hardware Training.
- Software related support issues requiring an on-
site visit.
Anything that is part of the maintenance of the current hardware system is covered by the maintenance contract and no extra costs will be charged.
Also Part Of The Service
The Kent PCs Support contract can include a report or your present IT configuration. This can include updating drivers, advice on any unlicensed software and compliance of the software on your system. We can provide a computer health check report detailing method and costing for possible upgrades.
The Kent PCs support contract can be used to advise you on new installations from inception and design through to installation. Additional projects i.e. Network cabling and office moves can be quoted as required.
We can include as part of the package the setting up and configuration of applications and data transfers and become your IT Manager thereby making sure your computer system runs at maximum efficiency.
